1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the online service https://gamesworld.pages.dev (the "Service"). The operator is Anton Selikow ("we"). By using the Service you accept these terms unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

2. Description of the service

The Service provides free browser mini games. Features and availability of individual games may change; we continue to develop the Service. There is no entitlement to permanent availability of specific games or features.

3. No data brokerage

We do not sell your data. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the Service (e.g. hosting/CDN), where we are legally required to do so, or where you have explicitly consented. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. User obligations

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law.

You must not misuse the Service (e.g. disrupting operations, unauthorised automated scraping, or circumventing security measures).

High scores and game progress stored locally in your browser may be lost if you clear browser storage.

5. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations due to slight negligence, limited to typically foreseeable damage. The above limits do not apply to fraud, guarantees, or product liability claims where applicable.

The games are for entertainment. We do not guarantee that progress is permanently retained or that the Service is always available without interruption.

6. Changes

We may amend these terms where objectively justified (e.g. legal changes, feature changes). We will inform you appropriately about material changes (e.g. notice in the Service).

7. Applicable law

German law applies to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside provide otherwise.
